About the Rod Coleman Foundation

The Rod Coleman Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that is morally and legally responsible for exercising the powers and privileges of the corporation subject to the terms of the articles of incorporation, bylaws and policies. The Board of Directors is comprised of professionals including financial advisors, educators, attorneys, faith leaders, and professional athletes. The Board makes all decisions related to policy governing the foundation and is its chief fund raising body, creating new revenue streams from direct mail appeals, personal contacts and special events.
